Reach your full athletic potential by attending Harding Sports Athletic Development Trainings. Athletes will utilize many of the same training techniques the world’s top athletes use to become stronger, faster, more confident and mentally tough.

Trainings are offered for athletes of all ability levels ages 10-17.

 

 

  • Physical Training: Develops sport specific strength, power, movement, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning. 

  • Mental Training: Builds the mental skills including confidence, focus and determination, which help athletes reach their goals and compete at their best at all times.
